Because of Their Sins
مِّمَّا خَطِيٓـَٰٔتِهِمۡ أُغۡرِقُواْ فَأُدۡخِلُواْ نَارࣰا فَلَمۡ يَجِدُواْ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَنصَارࣰا ٢٥
Because of their sins they were drowned, then made to enter a Fire. And they found they had no helpers in place of Allah.

Meaning
Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire.
