Upon Your Heart
عَلَىٰ قَلۡبِكَ لِتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُنذِرِينَ ١٩٤
Upon thy heart, that thou mayst be (one) of the warners.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Upon your heart, that you may be of the warners.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, revelation was not merely placed on him but worked into his heart, the seat of conscience and awareness, given to his memory and made his second nature.
