Creator of the Heavens
أَوَلَيۡسَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخۡلُقَ مِثۡلَهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَهُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ٨١
Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the like of them? Aye, that He is! for He is the All-Wise Creator.

Meaning
Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yes, He is the Creator, the All-Knowing.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Allah who created the whole universe is surely able to create again the decayed human beings, and even the like of the whole universe.
