Be!
إِنَّمَآ أَمۡرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيۡـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ٨٢
But His command, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: Be! and it is.

Meaning
His command, when He wills a thing, is only to say to it “Be!”, and it is.
Insight
Elmalılı sees this as the shortest expression that Allah’s creating needs no effort and no means: His willing is enough.
