Asking No Reward
ٱتَّبِعُواْ مَن لَّا يَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ أَجۡرࣰا وَهُم مُّهۡتَدُونَ ٢١
Follow those who ask of you no fee, and who are rightly guided.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Follow those who ask you for no reward and who are rightly guided.
Insight
Elmalılı sees a fine argument here: there are two reasons not to follow a guide: he asks for payment, or he cannot be trusted. These ask nothing and are rightly guided, so they deserve to be followed.
Reflect
Find a good deed you can do without expecting anything back.
