The Chosen and Best
وَإِنَّهُمۡ عِندَنَا لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُصۡطَفَيۡنَ ٱلۡأَخۡيَارِ ٤٧
Lo! in Our sight they are verily of the elect, the excellent.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And indeed they are, with Us, among the chosen and outstanding.

According to Elmalılı, these are not those who spent their lives in pleasure, but those who are best with Allah.
