Decisive Speech
وَشَدَدۡنَا مُلۡكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَفَصۡلَ ٱلۡخِطَابِ ٢٠
We made his kingdom strong and gave him wisdom and decisive speech.

Meaning
We strengthened his kingdom and gave him wisdom and discernment in speech.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, “fasl al-khitab” is cutting speech decisively: the clear judgement that separates truth from falsehood.
