Due Reverence for Allah
مَّا لَكُمۡ لَا تَرۡجُونَ لِلَّهِ وَقَارࣰا ١٣
What aileth you that ye hope not toward Allah for dignity.

Meaning
What is with you that you do not attribute to Allah due grandeur?

Elmalılı explains “waqar” as the opposite of lightness: weight, forbearance, composure and majesty. Why do you not expect His majesty and revere Him?
