Do Their Minds Command This?
أَمۡ تَأۡمُرُهُمۡ أَحۡلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآۚ أَمۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمࣱ طَاغُونَ ٣٢
Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk.

Meaning
Or do their minds command them to this, or are they a transgressing people?
