His Is the Dominion and Praise
All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifieth Allah; unto Him belongeth Sovereignty and unto Him belongeth praise, and He is Able to do all things.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Whatever is in the heavens and earth glorifies Allah; His is the dominion and His is the praise.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, all creatures constantly glorify Allah; the surah opening with glorification explains the divine honour mentioned in the previous surah.
Reflect
When you say “Alhamdulillah” today, reflect that dominion is His too.
