A Sign in Every Plant
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ ٨
Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
In that is a sign, but most of them are not believers.

According to Elmalılı, in plants is proof of Allah’s oneness, the breadth of His mercy, the greatness of His power and the reality of the Hereafter.
