Do You Not Hear?
قَالَ لِمَنۡ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسۡتَمِعُونَ ٢٥
(Pharaoh) said unto those around him: Hear ye not.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Pharaoh said to those around him: “Do you not hear?”

According to Elmalılı, he meant “look what I ask and how he answers”; he likely did not accept that nature needs a Lord.
