If You Are Certain
قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ ٢٤
(Moses) said: Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if ye had but sure belief.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Moses said: “Lord of the heavens and earth and what is between them, if you should be certain.”
