Hearing and Knowing
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ٢٢٠
Lo! He, only He, is the Hearer, the Knower.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

According to Elmalılı, He hears all you say, knows your intentions and rewards accordingly; so He is worthy of trust, prayer and worship.
