The Moon That Follows
وَٱلۡقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَىٰهَا ٢
And the moon when she followeth him.

Meaning
And by the moon when it follows it.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, this is when the moon follows the sun, rising after sunset in its likeness; fully so on the nights of the full moon.

Look at the moon tonight; remember its light comes from the sun.
