He Fears Not the Outcome
وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقۡبَٰهَا ١٥
He dreadeth not the sequel (of events).
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And He does not fear its outcome.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Allah does not worry whether some harm or reckoning may follow from His punishment. Only created beings must answer for the outcome of their acts.
