He Spread the Earth
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ دَحَىٰهَآ ٣٠
And after that He spread the earth.

Meaning
And after that He spread the earth.

According to Elmalılı, after creating and ordering the sky, Allah spread the earth so that life and settlement would be possible on it.
