“I Am Your Lord Most High”
فَقَالَ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ ٢٤
And proclaimed: “I (Pharaoh) am your Lord the Highest.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And said: “I am your lord, most high.”

According to Elmalılı, he went so far as to claim to be the supreme lord, counting every other lord beneath him.
