He Denied and Disobeyed
فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَىٰ ٢١
But he denied and disobeyed.

But he denied and disobeyed.

According to Elmalılı, he not only rejected the word but called the great sign magic even after seeing it, accused Moses of lying, and refused Allah’s command.
