مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ ٤

From the evil of the sneaking whisperer.
Insight
Elmalılı explains the word ‘khannas’ as one who shrinks back and withdraws. The whisperer deceives by lurking and returns again and again to whisper. According to Elmalılı, it withdraws when Allah is remembered and comes back when He is forgotten.
