Effort Will Be Seen
وَأَنَّ سَعۡيَهُۥ سَوۡفَ يُرَىٰ ٤٠
And that his effort will be seen.

Meaning
And that his effort will be seen.

According to Elmalılı, it will be seen in his record on the Day of Resurrection and placed on the scale; effort is never wasted.
