No Refuge
كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ ١١
Alas! No refuge.

Meaning
No! There is no refuge.

Elmalılı explains “wazar” as originally a steep, solid mountain; since such mountains were fugitives’ refuges, it came to mean any shelter.
