Their Hearts Were Sealed
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ ءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٣
That is because they believed, then disbelieved, therefore their hearts are sealed so that they understand not.

Meaning
They believed, then disbelieved, so their hearts were sealed.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, they came to faith by outward confession, then practised hypocrisy through false testimony and false oaths.
Reflect
Avoid two-facedness so your heart is not sealed.
