Guarding the Prayer
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَوَٰتِهِمۡ يُحَافِظُونَ ٩
And who pay heed to their prayers.

Meaning
Those who carefully guard their prayers.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, they always watch over their obligatory prayers, a divine trust, so as not to miss or neglect them, and keep praying them on time with their conditions and manners.
