They Fulfil Their Vows
يُوفُونَ بِٱلنَّذۡرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوۡمࣰا كَانَ شَرُّهُۥ مُسۡتَطِيرࣰا ٧
(Because) they perform the vow and fear a day whereof the evil is wide-spreading.

Meaning
They fulfil their vows and fear a Day whose evil is widespread.
