The Command Is Allah’s
يَوۡمَ لَا تَمۡلِكُ نَفۡسࣱ لِّنَفۡسࣲ شَيۡـࣰٔاۖ وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ لِّلَّهِ ١٩
A day on which no soul hath power at all for any (other) soul. The (absolute) command on that day is Allah’s.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
The Day no soul will have power for another; the command that Day is Allah’s.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, that day no one, believer or disbeliever, good or bad, can do the least thing on another’s behalf.
