The Blaze
ثُمَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ ٣١
And then expose him to hell-fire.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
“Then into Hellfire drive him.”
Insight
Elmalılı explains “al-Jahim” as a great fiercely blazing fire, the most severe layer of Hell; its being placed first gives the sense “there and nowhere else”.
