Seize Him
خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ ٣٠
(It will be said): Take him and fetter him.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
“Seize him and shackle him.”

According to Elmalılı, these commands are given by Allah to the keepers of Hell, about that person who said his wealth and power were of no use.
