The Greatest Punishment
فَيُعَذِّبُهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَكۡبَرَ ٢٤
Allah will punish him with direst punishment.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment.

According to Elmalılı, the greatest punishment is that of the Hereafter; even if a worldly punishment is added, it is small compared with it.
