An Enemy to Every Prophet
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوࣰّا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ هَادِيࣰا وَنَصِيرࣰا ٣١
Even so have We appointed unto every prophet an opponent from among the guilty; but Allah sufficeth for a Guide and Helper.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
We have made for every prophet an enemy from the criminals; sufficient is your Lord as Guide and Helper.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, be patient as they were; your Lord suffices to guide and help you to overcome them.
Reflect
Be patient when you meet enmity on the path of truth.
