The First Creator
قُلۡ يُحۡيِيهَا ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةࣲۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلۡقٍ عَلِيمٌ ٧٩
Say: He will revive them Who produced them at the first, for He is Knower of every creation.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Say: He who created them the first time will give them life. He knows every creation.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Allah knows every being in full detail, every part that scatters and gathers; He knows every kind of creating, the first and the later. That is the whole matter.
