ثُمَّ إِنِّيٓ أَعۡلَنتُ لَهُمۡ وَأَسۡرَرۡتُ لَهُمۡ إِسۡرَارࣰا ٩
And lo! I have made public proclamation unto them, and I have appealed to them in private.
