From Their Tone of Speech
وَلَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَأَرَيۡنَٰكَهُمۡ فَلَعَرَفۡتَهُم بِسِيمَٰهُمۡۚ وَلَتَعۡرِفَنَّهُمۡ فِي لَحۡنِ ٱلۡقَوۡلِۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ أَعۡمَٰلَكُمۡ ٣٠
And if We would, We could show them unto thee (Muhammad) so that thou shouldst know them surely by their marks. And thou shalt know them by the burden of their talk. And Allah knoweth your deeds.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
But you will surely know them by the tone of their speech.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, some explained this showing as recognition by the heart; but the apparent meaning is that had Allah willed, He would have shown them to the Prophet visibly.
