Locks on Hearts
أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ أَمۡ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقۡفَالُهَآ ٢٤
Will they then not meditate on the Qur’an, or are there locks on the hearts.
