The Protector
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَوۡلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَأَنَّ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ لَا مَوۡلَىٰ لَهُمۡ ١١
That is because Allah is patron of those who believe, and because the disbelievers have no patron.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Allah is the protector of those who believe, and the disbelievers have no protector.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Allah is the helper and guardian of the believers; the disbelievers have no helper to ward off His punishment.
Reflect
Take refuge in Allah today, saying “You are my Protector”.
