Mercy for the Doers of Good
هُدࣰى وَرَحۡمَةࣰ لِّلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ ٣
A guidance and a mercy for the good.

As guidance and mercy for the doers of good.

Elmalılı relates from an-Naysaburi: at the start of al-Baqarah it says “guidance for the mindful”; here “guidance and mercy for the doers of good”; ihsan is a degree above taqwa.
