Guidance to Moses
وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٥٣
And We verily gave Moses the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture.

Meaning
And We gave Moses guidance and made the Children of Israel inherit the Scripture.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Moses was given success against Pharaoh in the world; then the Torah was left as an inheritance to the Children of Israel.
