Whose Is the Dominion?
يَوۡمَ هُم بَٰرِزُونَۖ لَا يَخۡفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِنۡهُمۡ شَيۡءࣱۚ لِّمَنِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَۖ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡوَٰحِدِ ٱلۡقَهَّارِ ١٦
The day when they come forth, nothing of them being hidden from Allah. Whose is the Sovereignty this day? It is Allah’s, the One, the Almighty.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
“To whom belongs the dominion this Day?” “To Allah, the One, the Prevailing.”

According to Elmalılı, that day creatures have emerged from the graves into the open; nothing remains to cover souls or hide deeds.
