A Lasting Word
وَجَعَلَهَا كَلِمَةَۢ بَاقِيَةࣰ فِي عَقِبِهِۦ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ ٢٨
And he made it a word enduring among his seed, that haply they might return.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And he made it a word remaining among his descendants.
