Trustworthy
مُّطَاعࣲ ثَمَّ أَمِينࣲ ٢١
(One) to be obeyed, and trustworthy.

Obeyed there, and trustworthy.

According to Elmalılı, before Allah the angels brought near obey him; he is trustworthy in every way regarding revelation.
