Allah Is Subtle and Kind
ٱللَّهُ لَطِيفُۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرۡزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَوِيُّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ١٩
Allah is gracious unto His slaves. He provideth for whom He will. And He is the Strong, the Mighty.

Meaning
Allah is Subtle with His servants.

According to Elmalılı, Allah is very kind to His servants who know their servanthood and do their duty; He delights them with favours beyond the grasp of minds.
