Those Who Drive
فَٱلزَّـٰجِرَٰتِ زَجۡرࣰا ٢
And those who drive away (the wicked) with reproof.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And those who drive with strong driving.

Elmalılı explains “zajr” as originally repelling something by shouting and scolding, driving it on, and restraining.
