With Allah’s Help
بِنَصۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ٥
In Allah’s help to victory. He helpeth to victory whom He will. He is the Mighty, the Merciful.

Meaning
With the victory of Allah; He gives victory to whom He wills.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, as the Byzantines overcame the Persians, at the same time the Muslims, by Allah’s help, overcame the idolaters; this is the victory of Badr.
