He Raised the Sky and Set the Balance
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلۡمِيزَانَ ٧
And the sky He hath uplifted; and He hath set the measure.

Meaning
And the sky He raised and set the balance.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, the sentence is built to draw attention first to the sky: “Look at the sky, He raised it.” Then comes the balance: measure and equilibrium.
