He Raised Its Height
رَفَعَ سَمۡكَهَا فَسَوَّىٰهَا ٢٨
He raised the height thereof and ordered it.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
He raised its ceiling and proportioned it.

Elmalılı explains “samk” as a thing’s height from bottom to top: Allah raised the sky high without pillars.
