Those Who Extract
وَٱلنَّـٰزِعَٰتِ غَرۡقࣰا ١
By those who drag forth to destruction.

Meaning
By those who extract violently.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, the surah opens with oaths by powers doing five things: extracting, drawing out gently, swimming, racing and directing affairs. The answer is left unstated: the Hour will come.
