Wave upon Wave
وَرَأَيۡتَ ٱلنَّاسَ يَدۡخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ ٱللَّهِ أَفۡوَاجࣰا ٢
And thou seest mankind entering the religion of Allah in troops.

Meaning
And you see people entering the religion of Allah in crowds.

According to Elmalılı, ‘people’ here begins with the Arabs but opens to all humankind. The real aim is to see humanity beginning to enter into the truth.
