Guidance and Mercy
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَهُدࣰى وَرَحۡمَةࣱ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٧٧
And lo! it is a guidance and a mercy for believers.

Meaning
It is guidance and mercy for the believers.

According to Elmalılı, the Qur’an is certain guidance and pure mercy, but for believers, since they are the ones who benefit from its guidance.
