A Woman Ruler
إِنِّي وَجَدتُّ ٱمۡرَأَةࣰ تَمۡلِكُهُمۡ وَأُوتِيَتۡ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ وَلَهَا عَرۡشٌ عَظِيمࣱ ٢٣
Lo! I found a woman ruling over them, and she hath been given (abundance) of all things, and hers is a mighty throne.

Meaning
I found a woman ruling them, given of everything, with a great throne.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, her well-known name is Bilqis bint Sharahil; per Abu’l-Fida she reigned twenty years.
