Have You Seen Who Turned Away?
أَفَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي تَوَلَّىٰ ٣٣
Didst thou (O Muhammad) observe him who turned away.

Meaning
Have you seen the one who turned away?
Insight
Elmalılı relates from Mujahid and Ibn Zayd: al-Walid ibn al-Mughirah came to the Prophet’s gathering and was moved, then turned back at another’s urging.
